We are continuingly 'Seeding', 'Fertilizing' and 'Watering' (when allowed)... to restore our grounds to their old beauty!

The Policies!

Basics 

Normally Check-In is 3 - 6 PM... Later may be Arranged!

Earlier, we are normally Running / Doing the MANY errands and tasks needed to keep YOU and Our Bed and Breakfast HAPPY!! 

'Check-Out' is 11:00 AM  -  We need to have the rooms READY for our  'Check-In' at 3:00 PM !!

WELL Mannered Children over the age of ~8 are welcome  /  PETS are permitted in our 'PET Friendly' Rooms!!

The INN is 100% NON SMOKING!!! However, SMOKING IS Allowed OUTSIDE... In a Smoking Area away from the House.

In General!

One Night's Lodging or 50% of the stay...whichever is Greater, will be charged to your Credit Card at the time of your Booking.

'A CANCELLATION'

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel, with Reasonable notice, we prefer to Reschedule your visit to a more convenient date. However, deposits are refundable in the form of a GIFT CERTIFICATE for future redemption if you cancel at least 15 days prior to your arrival date and cancellations must be in writing (or eMail).   If cancellation is less than 15 days, and your room is Not Re-Booked, the FULL Amount may be charged to your credit card.
